Layers
Each report presents insights at 3 business levels. Administrators have full visibility across all colleagues and teams. Team leaders only see the data of their own team(s).
Metrics
Colleagues - The number of active users.
The number of colleagues shown in this report.
Schedule hours - The number of hours in work schedules.
The total hours to be worked according to the work schedule.
Leave hours - The number of hours in leave.
The total of approved leave and holidays.
Sick leave hours - The number of hours in sick leave.
The total of sick leave time.
Written hours - Number of hours
The total of approved time items.
Balance - The balance of hours
Difference between scheduled hours and the actual hours. Negative amount means less hours worked than scheduled.
To show or not show the balance click on the settings icon, here you can enable or disable this option.
Showing the balance
To show or hide the balance, click on the settings icon (with the red dot). Here you can enable or disable the display of the balance.
Filter
By default, all overviews are based on the current year. Do you want to view the data for a specific period? Use the filter and navigation to easily click through the periods.
Exporting
Do you want to export the overview of a certain period? Then, after you have looked up the desired overview, click on the Excel icon.
