View an overview of all absence rates

To get a clear overview of absenteeism within the organisation, the absenteeism report provides insight into the absenteeism rates. You can find the page via Reports > Sick leave.

Based on the work schedules of all active colleagues, HoorayHR calculates how many hours the company or a team can run. By setting this number against the total number of hours of absence, the absence rate is determined. This provides insight into what percentage of total working time colleagues have been absent due to illness.

The report provides a view by colleague and by team, as well as for the entire organisation. In addition, the report offers filters, such as a specific period or label, which allow you to easily filter for a certain type of absence. In this way, trends can be analysed and patterns in absenteeism can be recognised, helping to improve absence management within the organisation.
