When a colleague is sick, you enter a sick call process. In HoorayHR, a sick report goes through several statuses, so team leaders and administrators always have insight into the progress.
Sick
The process starts when an employee is reported sick. Team leaders are notified and thus the status of the absence report is 'sick'.

Reported recovery
When the employee has recovered and can return to work, a get well notification is made. When the employee reports himself better, the team leader receives a notification here asking him to confirm the report. This changes the status of the absence report to 'reported better'.

If a team leader or manager notifies you that you are getting better, the report is also confirmed immediately.
Recovered
The final step in the process is confirmation of recovery by a team leader or administrator. After this, the status of the absence report changes to 'better'.
Tip: If an employee becomes ill again shortly after a notification of a recovery, you can add this as a new phase within the same absence report, if you want to record this within the same file according to the law. This way, you maintain an overview without having to create a new report. Only administrators and team leaders can add a phase within a sick report.
