Of course, it may happen that you or one of your colleagues is sick. In HoorayHR, you as an employee can report sick, but an administrator or team leader can also report an employee sick.
Reporting sick
Employees can file a sick report themselves from My profile > Absence. In addition, as team leader or administrator, you can always file a sick report from the Absence feature.
Absenteeism percentage
Through the percentage, you can indicate whether the employee is partially sick. By default, it is always set to 100%. Employees cannot adjust the absence percentage when reporting sick.
Do you have an absence note from the doctor, or a letter from the occupational health and safety service? You can also link these directly to the absence report .
As soon as an employee calls in sick, the team leaders and administrators receive a notification of the sick report.
