HoorayHR offers administrators and team leaders expense reporting to gain full control over your company or team. Do you want to know how many declarations have been approved and processed? Or how much is the total amount of all those declarations? Then read on!

Layers

In each report, insights are presented at 3 business levels. Administrators have full insight into all colleagues and teams. Team leaders only see the data of their own team(s).

Metrics

Category - The category per user

The category of the declaration per user.

Approved - The number of approved declarations

The number of declarations in this report that have been approved.

Processed - The number of declarations processed

The number of declarations in this report that have been processed.

Amount - The total amount of the declarations

The total amount of the declarations in this report.

Filter

By default, all overviews are based on the current year. Do you want to view the data for a specific period? Use the filter and navigation to easily click through the periods.

Exporting

Do you want to export the overview of a certain period? Then, after you have looked up the desired overview, click on the Excel icon.
