Leave report

HoorayHR provides administrators and team leaders with leave reporting to get full control of your company or team. Want to know how much leave has been used per budget? Or how many leave hours expired this year? You can see that here!

Layers

Each report presents insights at 3 business levels. Administrators have full visibility across all colleagues and teams. Team leaders only see the data of their own team(s).

Leave reporting is divided into two different reports, budgets and expiration.

Metrics - Budgets

Leave type - The leave type per user

All leave types per user for the set year.

Hours transferred - The number of transferred hours

The number of hours taken by leave type.

Hours received - The number of received hours

The number of hours received by leave type.

Hours expired - The number of expired hours

The number of expired hours by leave type.

Hours spent - Number of spent hours

The number of used hours by leave type.

Hours available - Number of available hours

The number of available hours by leave type.

Metrics - Expiration

Received in year - The year the leave was received.

The year the leave was received by user.

Leave type - The leave type.

The leave type whose hours will expire.

Expiration date - The expiration date

The expiration date of the leave type.

Received - The number of hours received

The number of hours received for the leave type.

Number of hours - The number of hours that will expire

The number of hours of the leave type that will expire on the expiration date.

Filter

By default, all overviews are based on the current year. Do you want to view the data for a specific period? Use the filter and navigation to easily click through the periods.

Exporting

Do you want to export the overview of a certain period? Then, after you have looked up the desired overview, click on the Excel icon.
