Adding a new employee

With HoorayHR, you manage all personnel information in one central place. By adding colleagues, you keep track of data such as working hours, leave and contracts. If a colleague leaves your service, you can archive his or her profile so that you only see active colleagues in the system.

Add colleagues

  1. Go to Colleagues > All colleagues and click 'Add colleague'.

  2. Enter the details of the colleague (or several colleagues).

  3. Click Add to add the colleague(s).

Note: after adding, the colleague is not yet invited. Read how to send an invitation here.
