Every time your company's (payment) details change, it is important to make sure they are updated in your HoorayHR environment. Payment details must be updated by the administrator of the environment. We (HoorayHR) are not allowed to do this.
Please note: If you are not an administrator yourself in the HoorayHR environment, it is best to ask an admin who can edit this.
From the subscriptions page, you can view and manage the following items:
Invoice details: Here you will find an overview of your payment details and change them if necessary.
Payment method: Check your payment method here and change it if necessary.
Go to the subscription page
Click on "Change" at the payment details
Enter the correct details and click Save
The change will be automatically updated in further administration.
