The HoorayHR dashboard gives you more insight into your HR matters. At a blink of an eye, you can immediately see what is relevant to you and get to work even faster! Below, we would like to tell you more about the possibilities and advantages!
Welcome to the dashboard! Here you will find an overview of the most important issues. The dashboard is divided into three sections: 'My HR', 'My Requests' and 'Tasks'.
My HR
Here you will find everything about your HR matters! For example, what do the coming weeks look like? Which colleagues have their birthdays or are on holiday? But you also get an overview of your latest documents.
Some more useful actions you can do are:
You can specify where you are working: at home or at the office
You immediately see when your next upcoming leave will be and what your balance is
You can make new requests directly via the 'Quickly navigate to' block.
My requests
In this section of the dashboard, you will find the open requests or requests you have submitted yourself. These can be expense claims or, for example, hours you have submitted. The team leader or administrator will receive notifications of this by e-mail and on their dashboard.
To view the requests by item, click on the bar with the category you want to view. Next, all requests under this category fold out. And once you click on one of the requests, you go directly to this request to check all the details.
If a request has been processed (by a team leader or administrator), it will disappear from this overview.
Tasks
All tasks that are still outstanding for you can be found under 'Tasks'. To view and process the requests, click on the bar with the category you want to view. All items under this category will open. You can process the tasks directly using the buttons under 'Quick actions'. But you can also click on one of the items. You will then be taken directly to that request and can start processing it.
Please note: the tasks that are open differ per role within HoorayHR! An employee has different tasks than, for example, a team leader, administrator or partner.
Above is an example of an administrator's overview.
