There are different ways to invite your employees, so don’t worry if they haven’t received an invitation yet. We’ll take you through the step-by-step process below.
Go to the Dashboard
In the overview with notifications, click “Invitations”.
You can send an invitation to each individual employee here, and also send reminders with the “Reminder” button.
Click on “Colleagues” in the menu on the left.
Select the employee you want to invite.
Click on “Profile”.
Click on “Invite”
The status of the employee on their profile will then change from “not invited” to “invited”.
Add a new employee
You can also directly invite an employee when adding them to HoorayHR. After creating an employee profile you can send an invitation with the “Add colleagues” button.
