HoorayHR incentivises you to make progress with your goals or your employee’s goals. The HoorayHR Performance features allows administrators, team leaders and employees to set goals easily. You’ll learn how to create a (sub)goal for yourself or your employees.
Setting goals for administrators or a team leaders.
Access “Performance” from the main menu.
Access “Goals” page from the sub menu.
Click “Add goal”.
Give the goal a title, description and possibly a deadline. Select who’s responsible for this goal.
After saving this main goal, you can start to add tasks. Give names to each task. You can also add a description. Click the save button.
You can also drag and drop tasks to put them in the right order.
Setting goals for employees
Access “My profile” from the main menu.
Access “Performance” from the sub menu.
Click “Add goal”.
Give the goal a title, description and possibly a deadline.
After saving this main goal, you can add subgoals. Give names to each subgoal. You can also add a description. Click the save button.
You can also drag and drop tasks to put them in the right order.
Ticking off tasks and completing goals.
Select the goal you want to edit.
Complete a task with the checkbox.
Made a mistake? You can unselect a checkbox.
Finished all tasks? Then it’s time to complete the goal. At the top right, click the “Actions” button. Then click complete, after which the goal is completed.
Completed goals can be found in the overview together with the exact date on which they’ve been completed.
