In this article you’ll learn how you can create reports to keep track of an employee’s performance. And of course how the assessment and approval of the report works.
Creating reports for administrators or a team leaders.
Access “Performance” from the main menu.
Select “Report”.
Click “Add report” an select the template you need or create an empty report.
Provide a name, a description and the date of registration.
Select the employee you want to assign this report to and click “Save”.
The next screen shows you the questions from the selected template. Each question can now be answered or you can use the fields to write notes or minutes in.
After filling out the form you click save.
Want to keep the report private? Enable the private mode. Only you (manager/team leader) and the employee involved can view the contents of the report and the answers.

Access “My profile ” from the main menu.
Select “Performance”.
Click “Add report”.
Select the template you need or create an empty report.
Enter a name, a description and the date of registration.
Select which manager (team leader or administrator) can view and approve the report.
The next screen shows you the questions from the selected template. Each question can now be answered or you can use the fields to write notes or minutes in.
After filling out the form you click save.
