Terminate an employment term

Want to terminate an employment condition? You can do it easily via the employee profile or for multiple employees at once.

Note! You can only terminate ongoing employment terms.

Terminate an employment term for one employee

  1. Open the employee profile and go to employment > employment terms.

  2. Click the three dots next to the employment term you want to end.

  3. Choose terminate.

  4. Enter the correct end date.

  5. Click terminate.

We process the change immediately and you and the employee will see it straight away.

Terminate an employment term for multiple employees

  1. Go to Core HR > employment terms.

  2. Click the three dots next to the required employment term and choose terminate.

  3. Enter the end date.

  4. Select the colleagues you want to end the employment term for.

  5. Finish by clicking terminate at the top.
