Your Upcoming Invoice
Here, you can view and manage the following items for the period of your upcoming invoice:
HoorayHR users: The number of users and the costs for these users.
Loket.nl add-on: The number of users using Loket.nl and the costs for these users. By clicking on the three dots, you can disable the link with Loket.nl from here.
Document signing add-on: The number of signed documents and the costs for the signed documents. By clicking on the three dots, you can navigate to the signing requests log or disable document signing from here.
Note! The system calculates the invoice amount based on the highest number of profiles that were active in the current invoice month.
As soon as you archive a profile, it will still be counted in the next invoice but not in the new invoice month after that.
The total price of these items is shown. And if, for example, you have a discount on your subscription? Then you will also see this in the overview. This way, you can easily see the breakdown of your next invoice.
Payment Details
From the payment information, you can view and manage the following items:
Invoice details: Here you find an overview of your payment details and can change them if needed. Read here how you can change your invoice details.
Payment method: See here which payment method you are using and change it if needed.
