In this article we show you what you can view and manage on the subscriptions page in HoorayHR. You can find this page via the main menu under Subscription.
Active users and invoicing
At the top of the page you’ll see the number of active users in your account. HoorayHR always calculates the invoice amount based on the highest number of active profiles in an invoice month.
Heads up! If you’ve archived a profile, that profile is still included on the next invoice. It’s excluded from the calculation from the invoice month after that.
View your subscription
On the subscriptions page you’ll see, among other things:
HoorayHR subscription: the current price per user in your subscription.
Loket.nl integration: the price per user for the integration with Loket.nl. Use the
three dotsto disable the integration.Extra digital signatures: the cost per signed document. Use the
three dotsto disable the log of signing requests or disable document signing.
Manage add-ons
Add-ons are extensions to your subscription, like extra features. When you click Activate on an add-on, we add it to your subscription right away. We include the costs from your next invoice.
Want to disable an add-on? You can do that via the three dots.
Quick links
At the bottom of the page you’ll find three buttons that take you straight to your payment area in Stripe (our payment partner):
Manage billing details: manage the invoice address, VAT number and other company details.
Manage payment method: manage your payment method.
View invoices: view and download previous invoices, including a breakdown of user numbers and costs.
