Change language preferences for your (new) employees

In your role as administrator, you are the only one authorized to add new colleagues. You have the option to send out the invitations later.

Do you have English-speaking employees? Change their language settings to English before they start, so new employees can get started with HoorayHR right away.

Step 1: Create a new user

Step 2: Edit the new user’s profiles

Step 3: Select the language preference under “Preferred language”. Dutch is set as the default language.

Step 4: Save the profile

Step 5: Invite the user to join if you haven't done this already.

Done! The language preference has now been set. The next time your employee logs in, HoorayHR is presented in their language of preference.

Don't you see the changes you have made?

After switching languages, HoorayHR may still be displayed in the 'original' language. This may be caused by your browser’s cache. You can delete your cache easily by following the steps on browserchecker.nl/.
