Administrators can create new labels to provide their own structure to hours. You can provide structure for certain types of hours or projects or when you’re dealing with an extra allowance.
Creating labels
Step 1: Select “Manage labels” in the time overview.
Step 2: Enter a name.
Step 3: Save! The label has now been created.
Managing labels
Step 1: Select “Manage labels” in the time overview.
Step 2: Select “Edit”.
Step 3: Pick a new name.
Step 4: Save! The label has now been updated.
Archiving labels
Step 1: Select “Manage labels” in the time overview.
Step 2: Click “Edit”.
Step 3: Select “Archive”.
The archived labels can now be found in the archive.
You can also filter on labels. Select what type of hours you want displayed from the “Select labels” button. Now you can see all logged hours that belong to the selected label.
You can also easily create an Excel report and export it.
