Sometimes you need to add or correct a compensation manually, e.g. when someone forgot an overtime entry. You do this via the employee’s profile.
Note: only admins can add manual compensations.
Add a manual compensation
Go to employee > hours > actions > add compensation. Enter the date, choose the right compensation type, set the number of hours, and optionally add a note. The manual compensation then appears immediately in the employee’s compensation overview.
Recognise them in the overview
You can recognise manually added compensations by the speech bubble icon in the overview. Hover over this icon to see who added the compensation and on which date.
