Holidays that fall under the statutory entitlement will expire after half a year after the calendar year in which they’ve been built up. Some organisations decide to have this leave remain valid for longer.

If you don’t want statutory leave to expire automatically in HoorayHR, you need to take the following steps:

1. Go to the annual leave allowance reportof the employee involved and see what has expired and what has been moved from the previous year.

2. Add the expired hours by creating a leave mutation.

3. Done!
