In this article, we explain how to set the default language preference and time zone for your company.
Set Default Language
Through the company settings, you can choose a default language. HoorayHR is available in Dutch, English, and German. When you add a new colleague, this language is automatically chosen for the new colleague's region settings.
Tip: When adding new colleagues who speak English or German, you as an admin can pre-set a different language preference for them. Through an employee's profile, navigate to Settings > Region Settings. By default, the region settings from the company settings are selected here.
Set Default Time Zone
Through the company settings, you can set a default time zone. When you add a new colleague, this time zone is automatically chosen for the new colleague's region settings.
