Have you lost your phone? Can’t access your HoorayHR account anymore? Follow the steps below to reset two-factor authentication.
Note: Only administrators can reset two-factor authentication.
If you don’t have administrator rights, please ask your administrator to do this for you.
If you’re the only administrator in your company and have lost access to two-factor authentication, please contact our support team.
Steps to follow
Go to the profile of the account that needs to be reset.
Select ‘Settings’.
Under the two-factor authentication option, you’ll see a button to reset.
Select this button.
Your colleague will now receive an email. Once the link in this email is clicked, two-factor authentication will be disabled. Note: The link in this email is valid for a maximum of one day.
