Have you lost your phone? Can’t access your HoorayHR account anymore? Then take the following steps to reset 2FA:
Are you the only administrator within the company and have you lost your 2FA? Then you need to contact support.
1. Only administrators can reset 2FA.
If you don’t have these rights you’ll need to ask your administrator.
2. Go to the profile of the account that needs resetting.
3. Then select “account”.
You’ll see a reset button below 2FA.
4. Click this button.
The employee will now get an e-mail.
5. When you click this e-mail, the 2FA has been deactivated.
