Deactivate two-factor authentication

Have you lost your phone? Can't access your HoorayHR account anymore? Follow these steps to reset two-factor authentication.

Note: Only administrators can reset two-factor authentication.

If you don't have admin rights, ask your administrator.

Are you the only administrator in your company and have you lost your two-factor authentication? Please contact our support.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Navigate to the profile of the account to be reset.

  2. Then select Settings.

  3. Under the two-factor authentication option, you'll see a button to reset.

  4. This colleague will now receive an email. Clicking the link in this email will disable two-factor authentication. Note, the link in this email is valid for a maximum of 1 day.
