With trend reports in HoorayHR, you get a clear view of how your organisation develops. Whether you’re looking at headcount growth, diversity, absence or salary, trends show what’s changing and where you need to focus. This helps you make informed decisions based on both current and historical data.
You’ll find the trend reports under Reports > Rrends. Only admins can access this report.
Different types of trends
The trend reports are divided into multiple themes, such as staffing, diversity, retention, turnover, inflow and outflow, salary and absence. Each theme has its own widgets and insights.

Filtering
In every trend report, you can apply different filters. You can quickly build a report that fits your needs. You can filter by:
Period (e.g. a year, quarter or custom period)
Colleague
User status
Team
Entity (when the multi-entity add-on is activated)
Currency (in the salary tab)
View underlying data
Want to know which colleagues are included in a widget? Click the download icon > View data and then open the Colleagues tab. You’ll see exactly which employees are counted. You can download both this colleague overview and the summary via the download icon.
Note: When we calculate the figures, we include all active and archived users. This ensures historical data is always accurate, even when employees have already left.
Resolve warnings
Sometimes data is missing for a widget. In that case, a warning icon appears. Click it to see which colleagues are missing information and which data is affected. From this screen, you can go straight to the right part of the profile to complete it. This opens in a new tab, so you can move quickly.
Download a widget as an image
Want to share a widget in a presentation or report? You can download any trend report as an image. Click the download icon > Download image.
You can set a background and title; the preview updates instantly. After downloading, you’ll find the image in your files.
