As a partner in HoorayHR, you can not only look into customer environments, but also actively contribute to the efficient design of their processes. A handy feature here is sharing templates with customer environments. This way, you help customers get started faster with ready-to-go templates that they can customise themselves.
Types of templates you can share
As a partner, you can share the following types of templates:
Workflow templates
Reporting templates
Feedback templates
Document templates
Sharing templates with customers
When you edit or create a template in your partner environment, you can share it with one or more linked customer environments. The shared template automatically appears in the client's Template Gallery. There, they (or you as a partner) can easily import the template and modify it as required.
You can see per template with which customer environments it is shared. In the overview page of your templates, you can also share templates in bulk with several clients.
Tip: When sharing, you can specify that a notification is sent to the administrators of the customer environments. This way, you inform your customers immediately that a new template is ready.
Import in the customer environment
Customers will find your shared templates in the Template Gallery, under the 'Partner templates' tab. They can select and import one or more templates. After importing, they can customise the template as desired.
Note: When importing a template, a copy is put into the customer environment, which the customer can modify as desired. This means that changes made later to the original template are not automatically reflected in the customer environments. However, the template can be re-imported.
