To activate partner access, you will need your own HoorayHR environment as a partner. This will be made available free of charge once HoorayHR registers you as a partner.
Briefly:
Create a HoorayHR environment with the email address you want to use as a partner.
Contact our support and let us know under which email address the environment is registered.
HoorayHR will convert your account to a free partner environment.
Have your customer invite you via
Company settings > Partner access
, using the same email address.You will receive an invitation from the customer by e-mail. Accept this invitation and the customer environment is automatically added to your environment.

Note: All administrators in your partner environment have access to the linked customer environments.
Switching between customer environments
Once at least one customer is linked, an additional menu item appears in your partner environment. From there, you can easily switch between the different customer environments.
Revoke partner access again? Have your customer navigate to Company settings > Partner access
in the customer environment, here you can click on 'Withdraw'
. This will set the partner to inactive.
