In HoorayHR, you can automatically generate documents based on your own templates. Useful for contracts, payslips or borrowing agreements, for example. Generating documents supports you in various HR processes, such as onboarding. When you add a new employee and the employment is activated, you can immediately generate a contract and submit it for signature.
Managing company assets is also very easy; when issuing an asset, you can immediately generate a loan agreement and present it for signature as well.
The documents are automatically linked to contracts and assets, so you can easily find them in the right place.
Creating a document template
A template is a Word document containing variables such as {employee.first_name}
. You link the variables to fields in HoorayHR, so that they are replaced with the correct data when generated. You can design your Word documents according to your own branding and layout.
You link templates to a document category to provide an overview between the different templates and determine which colleagues in your company can use the templates to generate a document.
Read here step-by-step how to create a new document template. We also get you started right away with a sample document with variables.
Generate document based on a template
Once you have set up a template, you can generate a new document directly from the document overview. You choose the employee for whom you want to generate the document and check the variables. Is there any missing data? Then we will help you insert these directly into HoorayHR, so the employee's personnel file is up to date immediately.
Tip: you can also generate a document directly from the personnel file, or when adding a new contract or asset. Handy!
After generating the document, you can immediately share it with the employee, or present it for signature.
Linking documents for more overview
You can link documents to a contract or asset in HoorayHR. This way, you know exactly which document belongs to which item, and you can easily navigate between them. When you generate a document, we automatically link it for you.
