The moment you add a document in HoorayHR, it gets the status ‘saved’. The document is at that point not yet visible to the linked employees. To make the document visible, you can ‘share’ it.
Sharing a document
Depending on the category the document is in (an employee or company document), you easily share the document with the relevant employee or with multiple teams.
When sharing a document, you have the option to do so with or without notification. When you choose ‘share and notify’, employees receive a notification that a new document has been added.
Tip: if you choose to offer a document for signature, the document will automatically be shared with the employee.
Sharing multiple documents simultaneously
The document overview page allows you to share documents in bulk. Useful, for example, when you want to share pay slips with all your employees.
Withdraw sharing again? This can be done via the same route. But keep in mind that the document will then no longer be visible to the employee(s) and will regain the status ‘saved’.
