In HoorayHR, as an administrator, you can easily manage your own work locations. Employees can then select these locations when planning their workday via the calendar. With well-organised work locations, you ensure both an overview and an up-to-date view of who works where within the team.

Types of work locations
You decide which locations are relevant to your organisation. By default, we set up 'Home' and 'Office', but you are completely free to add and name your own locations. For example, think of locations such as 'Amsterdam office', 'Utrecht office' or 'At a customer'.
Archiving a work location
If you no longer want to actively use a location, but still want to keep the historical overview, you can archive it. Archived locations are no longer available when planning new working days, but remain visible in the calendar and reports.
Deleting a work location
If you want to delete a location and its entire history, you can do so after archiving a location. Note: if you permanently delete a location, all employee history for this location will also be deleted.
