Getting started with "Work locations"

Updated this week

With work locations, teams can easily see who works where. This provides more overview of location occupancy, makes collaboration easier and helps process travel or home office reimbursements.

Simple planning

Set your work location for one day or repeatable up to a year ahead. Whether your standard working day is Wednesday at home or every Friday at the office, you can record it with a few clicks. That way, you don't have to fill it in every time and your team always knows where you are.

Manage work locations

You can manage work locations yourself. This means you can easily add, edit or delete locations such as 'Utrecht Office', 'Amsterdam Office', 'On the road' or other fixed workplaces. This way, the overview in the calendar is more in line with how work is done within your organisation.
