Employees can edit almost all fields in their own profiles. This includes personal data such as name, address, contact information and other standard fields.
However, there are exceptions. The following fields cannot be changed by the employee himself:
Job title
Team
Employee number
Extra fields added by an administrator and explicitly not allowed to be modified by the employee.
These fields are managed by an administrator and can only be changed by them.
How do you edit your profile details?
Go to
My profile
in the navigation bar.Navigate to the
Profile
tab .Click on the field you want to change and enter the new details.
Your changes will be saved as soon as you click
Save
at the top of your profile.
Want to have a non-editable field modified? If so, contact an administrator within your organisation.
